Automania Garage Services are always looking to add to our highly dedicated and experienced team. As well as inviting qualified professionals to get in touch, we also provide a high level of training so all of our staff members are fully equipped to provide the highest levels of service.

We are proud to employ a large number of staff from many different and diverse backgrounds. Our site teams are made up of skilled engineers, electricians andtechnicians aside from our team of budding trainees. All of our trainees are working towards their full qualifications. Our trainees will all hold an NVQ 1,2,3,4 or BTEC qualification and City and Guilds equivalent.

We ensure all of our staff have competent team leaders managing and supervising their work and all of our team leaders are highly experienced in workshop environments as well as specialised vehicle maintenance and repairs. We have a lot of staff with manufacturer training backgrounds as well as lots of experience in repair and diagnostics of different types of vehicle. Our staff are well versed in many different types of diagnostic equipment suitable for your fleet and we provide regular training updates to ensure all new technologies are accounted for.

Automania Garage Services is currently awaiting accreditation in ISO 9001; we are accredited PAS125 for our Body shop, Pas 43 for recovery, all accredited by NQA.

Committed to Staff Retention

Automania Garage Services believe’s in staff retention and so invest heavily in our people, to ensure they deliver the level of service our customers deserve. We provide our staff with regular in depth training, including a dedicated ‘4-week per year off site training’ campaign which is held by our partners and suppliers. It gives our staff the additional training they need to exceed in their roles and can include anything from diagnostic and electrical courses to body superstructures.
